Production and fulfillment

We do not hold our own inventory. Once an order is accepted, our third-party supplier produces the apparel, prepares it for dispatch and ships directly to the customer. Production and transit are separate parts of fulfillment.

Delivery estimates

Timing depends on the item, destination and supplier availability. A delivery or dispatch estimate must be confirmed before we accept an order; we do not advertise an unverified fixed production or transit window. Customs checks, carrier disruption and local holidays may affect transit. If a shipment is delayed, we will contact the customer with the available information and the option to cancel for a refund where required.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is $8 for the first item and $3.50 for each additional item in the same order. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $200 or more qualify for free standard shipping. These charges are shown in the cart or checkout after a destination is entered. Prices are in USD.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking details are provided after the supplier dispatches an order. Carrier tracking may take time to show its first scan. Please use our contact form if tracking is missing, a parcel appears lost, or delivery is reported but you cannot locate the package.

Your delivery address

Please check the delivery address carefully. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed; changes may no longer be possible after fulfillment begins. Customs charges imposed by the destination authority are the customer’s responsibility unless included explicitly before purchase.

Online payments are temporarily unavailable. You can browse products and prepare a cart, but no new order or payment can be submitted through this website at present.
