Information we collect

When you send a contact request, we collect the name, email, message and optional order reference that you provide. Browsing and cart functions use essential cookies and technical information, including server request logs. If ordering is enabled later, checkout collects the contact, billing and delivery information needed to fulfill the order. We do not ask for payment-card details in our contact form.

How information is used

We use information to answer requests, operate the cart and website, support existing orders, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. Contact messages are stored privately for the store operator. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in a message.

Service providers and fulfillment

For accepted orders, necessary delivery and order details are shared with the third-party supplier and carriers for production, fulfillment and shipment. Hosting and payment providers process information needed for their services. Cross-border fulfillment may involve processing outside your country. We do not sell contact-form information.

Cookies

Essential cookies preserve cart contents, sessions and security. You can control cookies through your browser, but blocking essential cookies may prevent cart or checkout functions from working. We have not installed advertising trackers or an advertising profiling service on this store.

Retention and your choices

We retain information as needed to respond to you, support orders, protect the service and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion through our contact form. We may need to verify the request and retain records where required by law.

Security and policy updates

We use HTTPS and restrict access to private messages and administrative tools. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Policy changes will be published here with an updated effective date.

Current payment status

No payment gateway is currently enabled on this website. We do not collect or process new payment transactions here at present.
