Request a change promptly

Submit size, item or address changes through our contact form within 24 hours of ordering. Include the order reference and the exact change requested. Because fulfillment is handled by a third-party supplier, a change must be confirmed before it is considered accepted.

Cancellations

Request cancellation within 24 hours of ordering. If production or fulfillment has not begun, we will cancel and refund the order. If work has already begun or the parcel has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible; the return policy and mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Our confirmation matters

A message submission alone does not confirm a change or cancellation. We will respond with the outcome. For an existing order, contact us as soon as you notice a problem.
